At Twin Fin, we aim to offer a small menu of coffees, executed extremely well. There’s nothing on the menu we wouldn’t drink ourselves. We obsess over consistency. Small details — like the puck pressure, leveling, or grind uniformity can lead to massive variability between shots. Those things matter to us, and we do everything possible to limit variability.
A defining feature of the Twin Fin menu is the cold brew. Our signature TF Brew offers a refreshingly smooth alternative to the normal, acidic specialty coffee. We love it, and think you will too!
Our house beans are supplied by a micro-roaster from Sam’s hometown in Pennsylvania and we work with local farmers to produce custom specialty blends that we offer periodically in-store for retail purchase.

Hi! We’re Sam and Alex! We met as high schoolers at a christian summer camp in 2019 and dated long-distance for 4 years. In 2024, we tied the knot in Austin, TX and moved to Isabela, PR just 7 months later. We absolutely love the west side of Puerto Rico — the people, the pace of life, and the waves. When we’re not at the shop, you’ll find us in the water, hiking, or chasing around our newborn son.
Twin Fin is the result of a shared dream. We’ve talked about running a coffee shop (by the beach) ever since we met. 7 years later — God has opened the door for us to pursue that dream. We want Twin Fin to be a place where people always feel welcomed and can count on getting a great cup of coffee.
